Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights/rooftops and in mechanical spaces, and tolerate seasonal temperatures.
2+ years commercial/industrial HVAC service experience (data center/mission-critical preferred).
Comfortable with laptops/tablets, digital gauges, and mobile work order apps.
EPA Section 608 certification (Type II or Universal).
Strong troubleshooting skills in refrigeration and air systems; able to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and O &M; manuals.
