High school diploma or equivalent
Currently enrolled in or degree received from trade or technical school preferred and/or at least 1 year of multi-craft maintenance work experience including any/all of the following: mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, computer-controlled equipment, PLC, NH3 refrigeration
Experience in food, or beverage manufacturing environment preferred
Knowledge of or experience working on a variety of mechanical manufacturing equipment, including motors, relays, rollers, conveyors
Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment

Must be able to read, write and speak English

Strong troubleshooting ability and mechanical aptitude across a variety of building systems
Comfortable performing physical repairs and hands-on tasks every day — this is not a desk role
Experience coordinating outside vendors and service providers
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong personal accountability
High degree of discretion, professionalism, and trustworthiness — you'll work directly with ownership
Strong interpersonal skills and a calm, professional demeanor
Valid driver's license
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Frequent walking, ladder climbing, bending, and hands-on physical work throughout the day
Comfortable working in a light manufacturing and warehouse environment
