2+ years maintenance mechanic technician experience or relevant technical training/certification
Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or GED
Proficient mechanical knowledge and skills one or more of the following maintenance classification: electrical, welding and fabrication, utilities, and basic PLCS
Must be able to work around ingredients and/or finished products known to contain food allergens

The Maintenance Technician performs preventive maintenance and repairs on complex production equipment and systems (e.g., mechanical, electrical).
Operates and/or oversees the operation of packaging machines and processing systems in a climate-controlled environment.
Inspects, replaces, repairs and performs overhauls on mechanical drives/motors, pneumatic & hydraulic components, motor control center devices, transport conveyor systems and rotating, cutting, & grinding equipment.
Uses micrometers, calipers, dial indicators and other precision instruments to determine working clearances on mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic components.
Performs typical maintenance repairs through assigned work orders.
Performs basic machine shop duties such as drilling, grinding, light metal fabrication, welding and machining.
This is a full-time permanent role on day shift, which operates from 7:00am to 7:30pm 2 - 2 -3 rotating shifts.
Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
Experience in a manufacturing environment - food manufacturing a plus
The ability to work overtime and weekends
