A high school diploma or GED is required.
3+ years' experience in a mechanical, maintenance, or assembly field is required.
A valid driver's license is required.
Ability to work in a union environment.
Knowledge of mechanical assembly applying to industrial machine maintenance or rebuilds, automotive or diesel engine assembly or mechanical assembly.
Flexibility to work overtime.
Working knowledge of torque wrenches, power tools, and hand tools for mechanical assembly.
Use precision measuring equipment such as caliper and micrometers.
Turning and milling machine operation.
Crate building for packaging machinery or other heavy equipment.
Forklift, pallet jack or reach truck operation.
Experience in data management systems such as: ERP systems.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word.
Ability to read Mechanical drawings for job duties.
