Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for all maintenance operations of the community, including service requests, preventative maintenance, personnel management, compliance with safety standards, and customer service.

Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
Regular/daily onsite attendance is required

Must be able to read blueprints, troubleshoot from schematics, and assist in writing test procedures
Solid knowledge of machining principles and methods including conventional, non-conventional applications
Associates degree in electronics field or equivalent military training required
Minimum 2 years of experience working in an electro-mechanical or electronic test environment
Demonstrated hands on manufacturing / shop floor experience
