Significant experience in electrical contracting, project management, and estimating
Strong commercial electrical background
Experience managing electrical projects from bid review through closeout
Ability to perform takeoffs, build estimates, review scopes, and support bidding strategy
Experience working directly with General Contractors, estimators, project managers, vendors, and field teams
Ability to identify viable bid opportunities and help pursue new work
Experience managing schedules, budgets, labor planning, materials, field execution, and documentation
Ability to lead foremen and coordinate internal field crews
Experience with projects ranging from approximately $25K to $1.5M+ in electrical scope
Strong communication, leadership, organization, and follow-through
Comfort using digital tools, communication platforms, and estimating/project documentation systems
Comfortable working in-office and traveling to job sites as needed
