1–3 months of related experience as a foundry or manufacturing worker required
Frequently lift up to 50 lbs; occasionally lift over 100 lbs with assistance
Must regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds
Must have good vision, including close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
Ability to understand and follow detailed but straightforward written or verbal instructions
Ability to resolve minor issues
