Experience in a fast-moving packaged goods environment
Solid understanding of production machinery/forklifts, including an awareness of technical issues.
Forklift certification may be required.
Must be available for shift work.
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably beverages.
Operational knowledge of manufacturing processes as well as other ancillary or offline related equipment.
Possesses a practical understanding of SQF and HACCP and can address inquiries related to both.
Ability to understand visual and auditory cues to identify production or machine related issues.
Floor Presence Expectation: minimum of 75%

Experience reading and executing production schedules

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
Schedule: Approximately 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM; Four 10-hour shifts per week; Schedule may vary based on production demands; Occasional weekend coverage may be required
