Valid Driver's License.
Must pass a background check, including motor vehicle records check.
Must successfully pass a drug test and meet federal DOT requirements.
Wear proper safety equipment (work boots with safety toe, hard hat, safety glasses, and safety vest).
Operate 2-way radio.
Willingness to work in various weather conditions and traffic settings.
Provide effective communication with contractors and internal teams while delivering the highest level of customer service.
Work well in a team environment.
Must have excellent attendance, reliable transportation, and a strong work ethic.
Successfully complete the ATSSA Flagger training course and company-sponsored Defensive Driver training.
Willingness to travel statewide, with occasional overnight stays, and ability to work nights and weekends as required by projects.
Must be available for a rotating on-call schedule.

Salary Range: $18 - 20 USD

Full-time position
In person @ Stewart Glass
Night Shift 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Day Shift 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
All Shifts: 4 days on, 4 days off
104 OT hours paid at 1.5x base rate per year
Breaks are paid and considered ON-DUTY
Must be able to operate and maintain assembly line equipment
Must be able to utilize hand tools and power tools for fabricating and assembling components
Must be able to assist in loading and unloading materials using forklifts
Must conduct routine inspections of machinery and tools
Must follow all safety guidelines and protocols
Must maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse/work areas
Must work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with assembly line processes (advantageous)
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and forklifts (highly desirable)
Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues
