Knowledge of proper health and safety measures
Inspection experience and able to use precision measuring devices for overall quality
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Must be knowledgeable in reading and interpreting blueprints and CAD drawings
Must be able to work both independently and on a team
Minimum High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in the injection mold industry
Knowledge of electrical wiring schematics
Must demonstrate strong organizational skills with close attention to detail, consistently following established quality and safety standards
Be willing to work to ISO / QS 9000 standards and have a commitment to continuous improvement
Good math skills
Understand and practice safe working methods
Skilled in conducting inspections and utilizing precision measuring devices to maintain product quality
Must demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the company
Record part counts, runtimes, and process data accurately (specifically in production documentation or ERP System), and other precision measuring devices to adjust tools, to produce drawing specified dimensions and ensure overall quality
Capable of performing physical tasks including pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs

Perform all operations necessary to evaluate rejected speed reducers and determine the appropriate repair method
Mechanical ability
Able to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects from 10-50 pounds
Pull parts from inventory stock and stage assembly orders for building units
Perform efficiently at line speed on all assembly work stations
Comply with all ISO 9001 assembly quality procedures
Capable of performing at rates set by pre-determined time standards
Required following all safety rules, use of proper PPE, and report any safety concerns
Requires standing continuously and walking occasionally throughout the day
Read and interpret assembly routers and drawings
Ability to use various hand tools, hydraulic presses, air wrenches, electric motors, air gauges, bearing pre-load press, parts washer, and arbor press
Ability to read various measuring equipment including scales and dial indicators
