Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
Basic understanding of machine tools, equipment operation, and manufacturing processes
Ability to use measuring instruments such as rulers, calipers, gauges, and templates to inspect parts
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify quality defects and production issues
Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Training for all night shift employees is done on the day shift. Schedule flexibility to meet this requirement is required for consideration.
Must be able to work overtime as needed, including Saturdays and holidays.
Prior machine maintenance experience is required.
Physically capable of standing, bending, walking, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs as part of daily work.
