Starting Pay: $17–18/hr
Move, organize, label, and stage materials throughout production and warehouse areas
Supply production lines and maintain inventory accuracy
Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery, including saw and cutting equipment as assigned
Set up machines and perform changeovers according to work orders and specifications
Read production schedules and record production data accurately
Inspect finished products for quality and verify measurements meet specifications
Prepare, package, tag, and stage finished products for shipping
Load and unload materials and trailers as needed
Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance tasks
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
Collaborate with production, warehouse, and leadership teams to meet customer expectations
Frequent lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and moderate noise levels
Forklift certification is preferred (or willingness to obtain, if applicable)
Basic computer skills and experience with production systems are a plus
Arrest and conviction records considered in accordance with laws
