High school diploma, GED or equivalent applicable work experience in a manufacturing environment.
Direct experience with Haas, Brother, or RoboDrill mills/lathes.
Prior experience with an ERP such as Exact Macola.
Work experience in an SMB.
Ability to read and follow schedules to maintain work flow.
Ability to read gages and measuring equipment.
Willing to operate three to six machines at a time in a fast-paced machining environment.
Ability to read and interpret blue-prints and dimensional charts.
Ability to read, speak and write English at a proficient working level, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of fractions and decimals to support QC checks and production reporting.
Basic computer skills on a Windows operating system.
