Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
3+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing large-scale solutions in production environments
Proactive approach to identifying problems, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement while troubleshooting issues related to Windows VM's and OS
Strong technical knowledge and skills that are broad and deep, covering various hardware, software, and technology platforms while optimizing solutions for performance, resiliency and reliability
Proficiency with the following technologies: One or more high-level languages, such as Python, and JavaScript and knowledge in one or more relational databases such as MySQL, SQL, SQL Server etc.
Basic knowledge on Microsoft Active Directory environments, including user accounts, groups, organizational units (OUs), and Group Policy Objects (GPOs) including managed security groups, distribution groups, and delegated permissions to support application requirements.
Hands-on experience in the following: VM Management and observability tools like Dynatrace
Hands-on experience in Automated Warehouse/Supply Chain/Logistics
