Experience with AC/DC power systems (5VDC up to 480V / 3-Phase)

Formal apprenticeship or in-plant maintenance/programming (OJT) training
Read electrical schematics and drawings
Ability to work in tight spaces, overhead areas, and around moving equipment
Glass tempering or Insulated Glass (IG) experience is a plus
PLC experience preferred
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Analyze wiring diagrams and schematics to install and troubleshoot CNC equipment
Modify and troubleshoot PLC programs to support production needs
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance using a CMMS system
Work with OEM equipment and proprietary programs (Forel, GED, Ashton, Glaston, Biesse, Flow, etc.)
Partner with Engineering on continuous improvement initiatives
Complete work orders and project work in a timely manner
Strong commitment to safety, attendance, and teamwork
