Strong knowledge of shipping processes, carriers, and freight documentation
Manage daily shipping and receiving operations, including scheduling, documentation, and coordination with carriers
Oversee domestic and/or international shipments to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with regulations
Coordinate inventory movement, storage, and distribution to meet operational needs
Prepare and review shipping documents, bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork as required
Monitor freight costs and identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings
