Assist in managing the admissions process to ensure a smooth and positive experience for residents and their families.
Prepare and organize admission paperwork and documentation.
Assist with the resident move-in process, ensuring a seamless transition.
Maintain and develop relationships with referral sources, providing information and marketing materials as needed.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating presentations for referral sources.
Maintain accurate records of referral source interactions.
Conduct engaging and informative tours of the community for prospective residents and their families.
Answer inquiries about the community's services, amenities, and pricing.
Maintain and update the community's lead database with accurate and timely information.
Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner.
Assist the Leasing Director in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, public relations, advertising, and outreach programs.
Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly professional and dependable with a strong work ethic.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate after-hours tours and events.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with CRM software is a plus.
