High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must pass criminal background check.
Must possess a valid Driver's License.
Proficient in speaking, reading and writing the English language.
Approved by state, federal and government entities to work within BSLS programs.
Ability to use office equipment, including BSLS information technology systems.
Lift and transfer up to 50 lbs. using proper body mechanics (6–12 times hourly)
Carry 50 lbs. for at least 20 feet
Climb and descend stairs carrying weight
Bend, crouch, kneel, and change direction frequently
Run 100 ft (1–2 times hourly)
Walk up to one mile
Drive for up to one hour (3–6 times daily)
Stand and sit for extended periods
Push/pull 10 lbs and grasp objects
Maintain 20/40 vision (with or without correction)
Hear normal speech (with or without assistance)
Remain awake and alert for entire shift
A professional demeanor
Demonstrated ability to multi-task
Ability to work with little daily supervision
