As the successful candidate you will hold a Master's degree with courses in education, career guidance, counseling or any related fields.
Maintain relevant career counseling/guidance credentials and professional organization affiliations such as National Career Development Association, Career Development Institute, Career Professionals of Canada, Career Industry Council of Australia, or other.
6 to 10 years of experience in career development including 3 to 5 years in career counseling/guidance and professional development activities and training, preferably training career counselors/practitioners.
Wide experience in Career Counseling/Guidance that includes some supervisory experience.
Good interpersonal and communication skills that include the ability to consult, counsel, present, and lead meetings.
Experience in delivering & facilitating training to internal stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with career development and assessment tools and resources.
