Registered Nurse (RN) - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) Required
Bachelors Degree Nursing Required

BLS - Basic Life Support (CPR and AED) - American Heart Association (AHA) Required

Current appropriate state licensure.
Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.
