Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgy, Industrial) or a related technical field
5-10 years of manufacturing quality experience and/or machining experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
Audit Experience: In depth knowledge and understanding of going through AS9100 recertification surveillance audits
Fastener Expertise: Familiarity with fastener manufacturing processes (Swiss screw machining, heat treating, plating) and aerospace product specifications (AMS, ASTM)
Technical Skills: Experience with FAI (AS9102), GD&T, and SPC
Proficient in Quality Management Systems (QMS) software and Microsoft Office Suite
ASQ certifications (CQE, CQM) are highly preferred
Must be able to communicate effectively with management, customers, suppliers, and shop personnel
Experience using inspection equipment, such as micrometers, calipers, plug gages, Keyence, Optical Measuring instruments, and coordinate measuring machines Programming (CMMs)
