Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license (in good standing).
Minimum of 5+ years of electrical experience, including at least 2 years in industrial or large commercial environments.
Demonstrated experience with industrial electrical installations and/or inspections, high-current and high-voltage systems, and cable management.
Strong working knowledge of NEC, particularly Articles 690, 705, 250, 110, and NFPA 70E.
Knowledge of electrical safety practices and arc-flash mitigation.
Ability to read and interpret complex electrical drawings and specifications.
Valid driver's license and ability to access industrial job sites.
Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and site-specific safety requirements.
