Bachelor's degree in engineering (Automation, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or similar).
5 or more years of experience in manufacturing automation and/or digitalization or 3 years with an advanced degree
Hands-on experience with PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or equivalent), HMI/SCADA systems, and industrial networks.
Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Opex frameworks.
This position may require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for this position.

At least two years of harness‑board experience
Strong proficiency with crimping tools
The ability to perform continuity and insulation testing
Soldering
Torque verification
Sit or stand at the harness board for up to 10 hours per shift
Must be able to lift up to 30 lb
Work safely in a production environment
Must have strong ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, drawings and procedures.
Must be able to build complex assemblies/ racks using drawings or detailed work instructions.
