Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within a legal or professional services setting
HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR)
Demonstrated ability to navigate sensitive issues, assess risk, and implement effective, compliant solutions
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization
Solid understanding of HR practices within professional services environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational and detail-management abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business technology platforms
