High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
You are proficient in documenting and analyzing test results and problem solving.
You have the ability to see "blue" color.
You are able to meet the physical requirements that go with working in a production laboratory setting - sitting and/or standing for 2hr+, extended reach, extensive use of computer and paper to document results, extensive use of hands to manipulate parts for testing, lifting up to 50lb, occasionally climb, kneel, or bend, ability to communicate verbally on the phone and in person with fluency in the English language, and specific vision ability - close, color, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
