High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 6 months manufacturing, production, or military experience OR a degree in a technical discipline
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within the immediate area of the Eaton El Paso, TX facility (50-mile radius) will be considered for this position.
Candidate must be able to travel outside of the continental United States including, but not limited to, the Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Mexico and Canada.
Knowledge of basic electricity, current flow and component functionality schematics/wiring diagrams and assembly processes on all lines. (Hi-Pot, Shunt Trip).
Knowledge of all assembled SWBD product designs (i.e. PRL-C, PRL-I, IFS, FDS, MF, etc.)
Experience in applicable UL codes, NEC codes, regional utility codes, customer-specific requirements.
Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret manufacturing documents, including front view, MIs, Blow-Thru, Wiring Diagrams, component literature, engineering drawings, and testing procedures.
Requires thorough knowledge of basic electricity, current flow and component functionality.
