Instrumentation and Controls Technician

Proven hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems in commercial facilities
Valid driver's license with ability to travel between multiple property locations
Physical ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and safely work at heights using ladders and elevated platforms
Demonstrated knowledge of facility systems maintenance including air handlers, pumps, motors, and plumbing infrastructure
Strong working knowledge of safety codes, regulations, and best practices for facility operations
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Pay: ~$25.00 per hour, based on experience

Process purchase orders for materials, components, supplies, and services
Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, lead times, order status, and delivery updates
Follow up on late orders, shortages, discrepancies, and other purchasing-related issues
Maintain accurate purchasing records in ERP/MRP systems and support the purchasing team as needed
