Current certification as medical technologist/medical laboratory scientist or categorical MT/MLS certification through the American Society for Clinical Pathology or equivalent
Skill in phlebotomy procedures
Basic Computer knowledge
At least four years of laboratory experience in high complexity Blood Bank testing
Operation and maintenance of standard laboratory equipment
