Experience supporting warehouse-related integrations and end-to-end process troubleshooting across SAP and external systems (e.g., IDoc/API/EDI/middleware; 3PL, carriers/parcel, voice/RF, route planning, automation/WCS).

Proven experience designing, configuring, and supporting SAP modules that directly drive warehouse and shipping execution:
Required: Minimum 10 years of SAP experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA, with deep Warehouse and Distribution execution expertise in high-volume operations.
Proven track record supporting Warehouse and Distribution solutions and business processes, including familiarity with common Warehouse and Distribution KPIs.
Ability to influence decisions across business and IT stakeholders without direct authority, driving alignment on scope, design tradeoffs, and priorities.
Strong ability to own end-to-end process design and drive fit-gap decisions, balancing standard SAP capabilities vs. sustainable customization.
Experience in process analysis/redesign, stakeholder management, and coordinating delivery across multiple teams.
**LE** -Shipping (delivery processing, picking, packing, staging, and PGI)
Required: Ability to travel to Distribution Centers throughout the CCSWB territory as needed
Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
**WM**(bin management, putaway/picking strategies, transfer orders, RF processes, exception handling)
**IM**(goods movements, inventory adjustments, cycle counts, stock status controls)
Demonstrated leadership in system delivery and operational support across the full lifecycle: design, build oversight, SIT/UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
