Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for this position.
This position will require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
The candidate must be able to work with export-controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.

Review purchase orders to confirm / verify required certs, specifications, and shipping instructions / requirements
Ability to use mechanical inspection tools
Visual inspection of parts as required
Operate and set up to run CMMs (such as Zeiss and LK) using software like Calypso and Camio
Assist with corrective actions and non-conformance responses
High school diploma or equivalent
Read and interpret blueprints as required
Maintain Accurate records of inspection results and generate detailed inspection reports
Prepare appropriate documentation by compiling technical data related to all job orders
Physical access to ITAR/EAR-controlled information; must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident (green card holder) or otherwise classifiable as a “U.S. Person” under ITAR regulations
Ensure product compliance with customer, regulatory, and applicable industry standards per AS9100
Perform part inspection utilizing mechanical inspection tools as required
Perform and support QC Dept with other work-related duties as assigned (i.e. Bluelight inspection)
Effectively communicate with department manager and other staff regarding all quality related documentation
Maintain inspection equipment and ensure calibration standards are upheld
Review certificates of conformity for accuracy
Review and update all required quality documents to ensure the latest revisions are being followed
