CAM Programming - 5+ years programming aerospace parts
CNC Machine Operation - Ability to run and operate CNC machines including part setup, tool loading, tool offsets, spindle probing
Machining Knowledge - Has applicable experience with a variety of machine types (mills, lathes), materials (alum, stainless, hard metals), tooling application, workholding, and fixture design
Process Engineering - Has a track record of successfully machining difficult parts with stringent requirements. Understands the pitfalls of operation selection, material removal, tooling application, and material science
GD &T - Strong understanding of GD&T; and engineering print reading
Communication - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
U.S. citizenship or eligible to obtain ITAR authorizations (ITAR Requirements) per ITAR section
U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent hands-on applicable experience
Minimum 1+ years of engineering experience
Basic Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite products, and strong knowledge of Solidworks or other modeling software
Knowledge of CNC manufacturing & aerospace standards, AS9100, GD&T;, fixturing and gaging methods
Experience in metal manufacturing, especially using titanium and/or nickel-based superalloys
Statistical process control experience in the aerospace industry a plus
