Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
Advanced troubleshooting skills across endpoints, identity, networking, printing, and shop floor technologies
Experience presenting project status, recommendations, risks, and outcomes to site or regional leadership
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field with 4-6 years relevant experience
Willingness to travel periodically to regional sites
Associate's degree in IT or related field with 7+ years relevant experience
High School Diploma with 10+ years of relevant experience
Demonstrated ability to lead without authority, influence stakeholders, and drive outcomes across cross functional teams
Experience with ITSM/ticketing systems and service delivery metrics
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder
Candidate must be authorized to work in the US
Demonstrated experience planning and delivering IT projects, including coordinating resources, managing risks, and meeting timelines
This position may require access to United States export controlled technical data
Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes and how IT enables safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives
Strong experience supporting IT in manufacturing or distribution environments
Experience leading IT initiatives and driving standardization across multiple sites
Ability to work independently and prioritize across incidents, operations, and projects
