Strong technical knowledge of **fiber optic technology**, **cable splicing**, **fiber design**, and **data center infrastructure**.
Experience in managing **multi-vendor environments** and third-party contractors.
Proven track record of managing stakeholder relationships, including vendors, clients, and contractors.
5+ years** of experience managing fiber network deployment, specifically dark fiber, ISP/OSP installations, and data center projects.
Resource Management
Experience in **client-facing** roles with the ability to communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of **fiber optic standards** (e.g., ITU, ANSI, TIA/EIA, IEEE) and **safety regulations**.
