Associate Degree required in a technical field with 1-3 years of maintenance scheduling / planning experience and/or 5 – 10 years as a machine repair technician, or equivalent combination of both
Familiar with industrial manufacturing environment
Electrical/mechanical aptitude
Proficiency with computers, maintenance systems, and applications including Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain positive, professional relationships

Cable/Harness Assembly in Aerospace and Military Applications
Connector Assembly Experience in Commercial and Military Applications
Soldering Experience per MIL-STD-2000, IPC-610, IPC-620 and/or J-Std-001-Class 3
Ability to Read & Interpret Blueprints, Schematics, Traveler/Routers, Bills of Material & Wire Lists
Must be able to understand and follow verbal instructions and be detailed oriented
Maintain a clean, safe well organized work-station through routine housekeeping
Familiarity with continuous-improvement techniques
Good eyesight and excellent finger dexterity
MIL-STD experience preferred
