Orientation Training Required- First Shift Hours
(8:00am-4:00pm/9:00am-5:00pm)
First Shift: 8am-4pm/8am-8pm
Second Shift: 4pm-12am/12pm-12am
Third Shift: 12am-8am/8pm-8am
Provide compassionate hands-on support, such as helping with bathing, dressing, meals, and mobility needs—always with dignity and respect.
Support daily living and independence skills.
Coach, mentor, and advocate for individuals.
Create a safe, welcoming, and positive home environment.
Transport and accompany individuals to appointments, outings, and community events.
Engage clients in fun and meaningful activities within the home and in the community.
Keep accurate records of progress and activities.
Work as part of a supportive and mission-driven team.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
CPR (within 30 days of hire) & PCM certification (within 60 days)—training provided.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist with mobility.

Maintenance Technician

Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
Requires training and experience in mechanical and electrical systems
Understands applicable electrical and/or mechanical safety regulations that must be followed and carries certifications in certain fields of expertise
Possess varying levels of competency in the higher complexity equipment functionality, specializing in mechanical and/or electrical functionality, more specifically (Electrical: PLCs, electronic systems and circuit boards, servos, encoders, etc.) and/or (Mechanical: ball screws, machine qualification, machine alignment, fit tolerances, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems etc.)
Must be able to problem solve and deal with a variety of concrete variables such as interpreting instructions in written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule form
Will require on the job training for SAP Plant Maintenance system and SRM ordering
Requires frequent lifting, bending, reaching, standing, walking, squatting, lying down, and climbing ladder, etc.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Must be able to use various tools and operate equipment used in repair work
Vision must be normal (20/20). Correctional lenses are acceptable
