Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA strongly preferred
7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including ownership of month-end close
Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience applying US GAAP in complex areas
Prior experience in manufacturing, hardware, or inventory-heavy environments - A big Plus
Demonstrated experience managing external audits and preparing technical accounting documentation
Advanced experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
Proven ability to manage and develop accounting staff
Hands-on and highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in explaining accounting matters to non-accounting stakeholders
