3–5 years of event management experience in beverage sales within hospitality, hotel, catering or restaurants
Strong understanding of event sales, planning, and execution workflows
Excellent client service and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple events in fast-paced environments, Vendor management, change management and risk management
Active on-site presence required during events and restaurant operational hours
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

5+ years of experience in community management, program management, customer marketing, advocacy, or digital engagement — ideally within enterprise B2B SaaS
Experience operating in large, matrixed organizations with globally distributed collaborators and cross-functional partners
Comfortable using AI-powered tools to improve efficiency, insight generation, and execution across community programs, reporting, and operational workflows
