6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment. (Preferred)
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it! (Required)

High school diploma or general education degree GED required.
Must have a minimum of 5 years related aviation / aircraft experience and/or training.
Must have an airframe and powerplant (A&P;) license.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Government background check through the US Marshals and DOT drug screen is required.
Use FAA approved data i.e. IPC, M M, OHM, SRM proficiently.
Constantly: Lifting 10 lbs., standing, walking, wrist flexion and extension, environmental weather conditions.
Frequently: Lifting ≤40 lbs., push/pull 20', and basic depth perception (shapes). Working at elevated heights ≥4', working on ladders, scaffolding, uneven surfaces, and energized parts.
Occasionally: Lifting and/or carry ≤50 lbs., sitting, basic color vision, operation of motorized or electrical equipment, push/pull <50>
Must be comfortable exercising the full privilege of A&P license.
