Accounts Receivable Analyst
Generate, review, and issue customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain and update billing records using company systems
Ensure charges are accurate and properly documented
Research and resolve routine billing discrepancies
Prepare standard reports related to billing status, exceptions, and unresolved issues
Communicate professionally with internal teams regarding billing concerns
Previous accounts receivable, billing, or related administrative experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Proficient computer and data entry skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour

High school degree or equivalent required
Minimum 2+ years relevant quality inspection experience in manufacturing is required
Must be a U.S. citizen, Permanent Resident (green card holder), or protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).
Must be self-mobile and able to stand for extended periods
Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, twisting, grasping, gripping, standing, walking, kneeling, climbing, and reaching throughout a normal work shift
Ability to regularly lift up to 25 pounds, and up to 50 pounds on occasion
Hearing and vision within normal ranges is necessary for accurate quality product inspection
Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
