High-volume hardware refresh project involving approximately 2,500 devices
Perform “search and destroy” workstation replacements (locate, remove, and install devices)
Execute hot swaps of thin clients, laptops, and monitors
Ensure all equipment is properly connected, tested, and fully functional
Transfer user data and reconnect printers during deployments
Provide direct, hands-on support to end users throughout the process
Follow project schedules and direction from the Lead Technician
