Deskside Support Technician
Provide daily hardware support to end users for PCs, laptops, tablets, and printers
Daily software support including operating systems and applications running on devices
Support for internal end-users and handles all requests related to Windows/PC issues, Microsoft Office, Group Policies, Active Directory, VPN/networking, setting up devices with applications, and Exchange
