Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and/or Building Management System (BMS)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Working from heights and climbing ladders up to 30 feet
Frequently climbing, bending, lifting, kneeling, stooping, and working/extending overhead
Working in adverse conditions (extreme cold, extreme hot)
Climbing a ladder with a 300 lb. weight limit while carrying a tool bag weighing approximately 20 lbs.
Must be able to respond to after-hours site emergencies
Regularly required to walk long distances to cover property portfolio
