Minimum 5 years of experience in construction estimating
Specifically within residential or multi-family siding
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience will be considered
Experience with James Hardie or LP SmartSide systems is highly preferred
Hands-on estimating experience with residential and multi-family siding projects
Utilizing James Hardie or LP products within the Southeastern United States (TN, SC, NC, GA)
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with industry estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Planswift, Hover, or STACK)
Strong ability to interpret construction drawings, elevations, and scopes to produce precise cost estimates
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly to internal teams, builders, and clients
High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, scope alignment, and risk mitigation
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments and maintain positive relationships with builders and vendors
Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
In-depth understanding of siding materials, housewrap systems, installation techniques, and manufacturer standards (James Hardie, LP, Tyvek, etc.)
