Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field
A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in environmental compliance and sustainability management within complex organizational settings
Strong understanding of environmental regulations (EPA, EU, local authorities) and sustainability reporting.
Experience managing waste, water, and chemical compliance programs.
Strong project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead, build, influence, and implement standard business processes and procedures.
Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills to evaluate data and challenge results.
Demonstrated experience with change management.
