4-6 years or any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge.
Ability to work at heights up to 50 feet.
Ability to use a stepladder up to 40 feet.
Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law.
Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.

Preferably at least 1 year of experience in the medium to large transformer core stacking process
Ability to use math, read and interpret complex drawings, and perform complex measurements
Applicant must be able to obtain Keys certification test on reading and writing and Blueprint reading test offered by local community colleges
Applicant must be able to obtain and maintain Fork Truck License and a Critical Lift level crane license and certification for working in heights
Successful applicants must be able to pass standard hearing, vision, and pulmonary function tests
Must also be able to read, write, understand, and follow verbal and/or written instructions in English
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
Must be willing to relocate temporarily to Mexico, Brazil or Germany for on-the-job training for a period of 3 months based on the proficiency in the area of training
