Must have a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice; associate degree preferred.
CPR certification required in Georgia
Must meet all state and regulatory requirements where care is provided.
One year of experience in a licensed healthcare setting is required (preferred in California), ideally in hospice, home health, geriatrics, or medical-surgical care
Must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and state-required liability auto insurance
Must be committed to the organization's values, mission, and philosophy of care, serving as a role model for team members
Physical demands include frequent walking, sitting, stooping, driving, typing, and lifting or moving up to 50 lbs; must assist with patient handling up to 200 lbs with help
Must be comfortable working in a variety of conditions, including occasional exposure to outdoor weather, noise, fumes, chemicals, and uneven surfaces
