Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Biology, Industrial Management, or a related field
Four or more years of related experience
Equivalent combination of education and experience within food manufacturing in lieu of educational requirements
Experience leading teams in a production or manufacturing environment.
Experience preparing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Understanding of manufacturing processes and production loss
Experience working with cross-functional teams, managers, customers, and other stakeholders.
You may be required to walk around the facility, climb stairs/ladders, kneel, or perform repetitive tasks that require hand-eye coordination.
You may be required to lift or carry materials that can vary in weight and size.
This is a manufacturing environment with large, moving equipment.
Noise levels can be high, and temperatures may vary.
