Transition: Candidate must demonstrate the ability to manage the shop independently
Standard Rate: $15.92 per hour (Minimum Wage) once the candidate is qualified to manage the shift alone
Training Rate: $7.96 per hour (50% of minimum wage) during the on-the-job training period
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing
Strong time management skills
Excellent communication skills with a friendly attitude towards customers and colleagues
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and disciplined
Quick learner with meticulous attention to detail (especially for cake decorating)
