Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in commercial maintenance, general construction, facilities repair, handyman services, or a related trade.
Strong mechanical ability and practical troubleshooting skills.
Experience with several of the following: patching, painting, drywall repair, tile repair, basic plumbing, light electrical, doors, fixtures, hardware, framing, cabinetry, or general building repairs.

Willingness to travel inter-island as needed for project work or service coverage.
Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle or travel between job sites as required.
Professional communication skills when interacting with clients, managers, and field teams.
