Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related Engineering discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities engineering, capital project delivery, or construction management.
Strong working knowledge of engineering principles across multiple disciplines.
Experience managing capital projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and contractor oversight.
Familiarity with applicable codes and standards (e.g., IBC, ASME, NFPA, NEC, ASHRAE).
Proficiency with engineering and design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM platforms.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

This is a traveling position
Shift A.M. shift, Overnight shift, P.M. shift
Must have completed classroom training or its equivalent on electrical controls.
Must have experience repairing and maintaining complex high volume conveyor equipment.
Must have training or equivalent for basic AC & DC electricity.
Experience repairing and maintaining basic mechanical devices required.
Perform minor welding tasks with electrical welding equipment on mild steels and be knowledgeable of all safety practices relating to welding processes.
Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
Able to lift and move up to 75 lbs.
Able to remain on feet for extended periods of time.
Knowledge of occupational hazards of the trade and necessary safety precautions.
Able to read blueprints
Able to use relevant computer system applications (which may include spreadsheets, word processors, databases, etc.) at a basic level.
Able to identify needs and opportunities and develop action plans to address.
Able to troubleshoot system-related problems and communicate with team members for a proper resolution.
Knowledge and/or expertise in related area of responsibility.
Able to answer the phone and greet the public in a friendly and courteous manner 24/7.
